Returns & Refunds Policy

Unwanted goods

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from The Bicycle Hub please contact us – either by emailing us via the Contact Us page of the website or phoning our head office. We shall be happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase any item you feel does not meet our quality standards. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the returns of any perishable items or worn clothing. 

*Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading / reselling and not personal use.

Faulty Items

Items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, you may be asked to provide genuine photo evidence and a written account for review. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty within 30 days then you are entitled to a full refund of the faulty product. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a refund at the discretion of one of our bicycle specialists.

If you are found to have damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or by getting someone else to do it, you will not be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund. 

Ways to return your items

In store

You can returns items for free at our flagship store in Cheltenham. Just bring along your proof of purchase and any original packaging and our colleagues will be able to assist you. 

By post

We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. Please re-use the original packaging and proof of purchase to send the items back and to make sure everything is securely packaged. The Bicycle Hub cannot be held accountable for any damage or loss of items caused during transit.

Proof of purchase

When returning an item to us, a receipt and proof of purchase must always be provided for us to consider any further action to be taken. The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unused (if brought from new) and in a saleable condition with the approval of one of our specialists. 

Not received your order?

If you have not received your order please contact us immediately and a member of staff can confirm the delivery status of your item. Unfortunately we cannot consider an item to be lost until 15 working days has passed. Once the 15 working days have passed we will be able to issue a full refund or resend your order.
